I’m Kathryn Kamp — a digital strategist with nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations connect more meaningfully with the people they serve.

My background spans enterprise-scale digital marketing, audience engagement, brand and messaging strategy, analytics, campaign planning, website optimization, and cross-functional leadership. I’ve led large-scale digital initiatives, managed complex stakeholder environments, and built strategies grounded not just in visibility, but in long-term audience trust and organizational alignment.

Before working in digital strategy, I built my career in the performing arts as a soprano and stage director. That experience fundamentally shaped how I think about audience behavior, narrative, timing, and emotional connection — perspectives I now bring to every engagement.

I understand that the strongest audience relationships are intentional. They are built through clear communication, thoughtful systems, consistent experience, and a deep understanding of what people need in order to feel connected to an organization’s mission.
